What we collect
Tazmin collects Claude Code telemetry data forwarded via OpenTelemetry: token counts, model IDs, session timestamps, and project/repository identifiers. We do not collect prompt content, code, file paths, or any personally identifiable developer information beyond what you explicitly provide (e.g. your work email when signing up).
How we use it
Telemetry data is used exclusively to power the Tazmin dashboard: cost attribution, usage analytics, and budget alert features. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
Data retention
Telemetry data is retained for 90 days by default. Account data (email, workspace settings) is retained until you request deletion. Contact [email protected] to request deletion.
Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted to authorized Tazmin personnel.
GDPR & CCPA
If you are located in the EU or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] to exercise these rights.
